Developing Public–Private Partnership Projects to Enhance Innovation Capability in the Defence Industry

The relevance of this study resides in the need to determine key measures for a more effective application mechanism public–private partnerships (PPP) implementation large-scale infrastructure projects, aimed at developing innovation potential Russian defence–industrial complex (DIC). Through analysis foreign practices PPP defence industry, representing vast body scientific and popular literature on development industry U.S. countries Europe Asia, as well review domestic regulatory framework, authors have identified most common problems that are obstacles sustainable mechanisms, their not only civil, but also sector. This work pays specific attention requirements imposed public private partners process implementing projects context SDO performance, along with risks inevitably associated activities each parties.
